The Volleyball Tournament by Xavier.

At 6:30am I woke up to go to the Volleyball Tournament. I made my bed, washed my face, brushed my teeth, got changed, made my lunch and had breakfast. 

I had toast and put butter on the toast. My family  was awake and ready to go to school. We went to go pick my cousin up from her house. After that we went to the Diary to get an Energy Drink. I got a Powerade Isotonic and my sister got a G force. But my brother and cousin got Up & Go.  I was going to get Gatorade but they ran out so I got a 1.5L Powerade. 

When we arrived at school it was 7:50. That was great because we had 40 mins until we left school.  Me and my sister went into the library to get our uniforms from Miss Knees Kairua (TWP 5 Teacher). 

I was in the red team and my sister was in the black team.  Some of my friends were arriving and some of them were at school before me. After waiting for 40 mins we were about to leave. I went in the taxi with my friends. There were no adults in the taxi because they had to take the other players to Selwyn College.   

When we arrived at Selwyn College there were many other schools. I felt excited to play at other schools. We found our seats. SPX 2 (The Back team) was playing at 9:30 to 9:40 against Pt. England School.  

Red team was excited to watch but the black team was nervous to play. When they played against Pt. Both schools played really well. But St. Pius X 2 won against Pt. England. The next game is at 10:15 To 10:25. Both teams would be playing time games at the same time. 

We all had a quick snack. Then we played. SPX 1 (Red Team) played against Glen Taylor School and SPX 2 played against Panmure School. 

Sadly SPX 1 lost again against Glen Taylor School but Spx 2 won against Panmure School. 

I drank my Powerade and ate  my Burger Rings. The third game for Spx 1 was against Glenbrae School. But they looked like they were Year 7-8. Spx 2 won against Tamaki Primary School.  The next game we were supposed to play Tamaki 2 but they were not there. So we watched Spx 2 play against Stonefields School. But they lost against Stonefields school. It was 10-9 So close. We went outside with Anita (Coach for Red Team) . We were working on our three passes outside but Miss Knees Kairua (Coach for Black Team) told us that it was Spx 1 vs Spx 2. We were all excited. But it was an actual match that we were playing.   

After playing an epic match Spx 1 won  against Spx 2. It was 10-16. After having a drink and lunch Spx 1 played Tamaki Primary School. I have forgetting 

Who Spx 2 played but they lost against the mysterious school. But Spx 1 won against Tamaki Primary School.  We all went back up to our seats and grabbed our things. We went outside because we were going  back to school. I went with Josh and my friends came with him too. When we arrived to School we returned our t-shirts back into the Library and then I was throwing the Tennis Ball outside  with my friends. When the bell rang everyone came out of their classrooms then we left school because my Grandpa picked me and my siblings and my cousin from school. Did you know that the Volleyball rules can change when you play a game? Have you ever played Volleyball? Today I found this long,easy and fun to do.
