Who is Isaiah?

Today for RE, Twp 4 and I have been learning about Isaiah. Isaiah was one of God's spokesmen. He made predictions about the coming of the Messiah, Jesus. His prophetic ministry lasted 40 years until it was fulfilled by Jesus.

According to the Jewish tradition that the royal ancestors would of given him access to share the news with the kings of Judah in Jerusalem. Isaiah's prophecies challenged the people to trust God, to give up their sinful way and to believe that God is real! Happy blogging!

The Walk to Emmuas with Jesus

The learning intention here is that Jesus was courageous in walking several miles. The two who walked with him did not know he was Jesus but offered him Dinner. When they found out he was Jesus they were surprised but happy and he soon disappeared. This teaches us that we are not alone and that Jesus is with us in spirit.

Reconciling with people and God

Toady in R.E. we are learning how to reconcile with god and others if relationships are broken. Reconcile means A friendship
between someone you love. We chose a picture and created a story about how the people in the picture forgave and made peace with each other. Here is my Story.

This is a South African man holding a African flag because he is supporting his country and praying  that his country will win the competition.

The Feast Of St.Patrick.

Today in class we watched The Feast of St.Patrick It's About a boy that has  been kidnapped by Pirates and to be a slave. Then one night and angel appeared to him and told him that you would be a Saint. When he Became a saint he was praying on a hill demons, virtues and snakes detracted him. He rang a bell that made the demons and virtues scared and he banished snakes from Ireland forever. I liked when the angel appeared to him and told him that he was going to be a saint.   Here is a Biography on St.Patrick.
